Friends, I am an experienced pilot and today I lost my spark, I think the battery has been released in flight, what are the steps to try to activate the dji to cover this damage?

You first must contact dji support to set up a case, you should sync your flight to to dji cloud in your app.

If it’s a case of battery falling out from what I’ve seen they will probably offered you a 30% discount.

Have you tried Find my Drone in the Go app?
I lost my Mavic in mountains last year, spent 3 hours searching and couldn't find it.
Then someone mentioned the Find my Drone. It gave me Lat/Long coordinates so I could use my GPS unit/phone app and foud it within 10 minutes of getting to the area.

Are they offering a 30% discount coupon in case of a faulty battery? This looks kinda shame to me!
It is well known that some batteries just fall from the Spark, they have to sort out this issue in a way or another.

Sorry to hear, I lost my Spark about six weeks ago. In my case it was due to a "Compass error", the spark drifted away and lost connection with the controller before I could do anything. I was lucky that after checking my flight log DJI recognized the case as a warranty issue and send me a replacement. If you didn't do it yet contact DJI support and be ready to supply some personal info and a copy of your purchase receipt. Good luck with your case.

Yeah I’ve seen a few cases where drone was lost so no proof could be offered by way of logs, seems harsh alright.

Walk over to where you saw it go down and pick it up or take it from anyone you saw pick it up "for you".  Then ship the drone to DJI for repairs.  

Flying your model within eyesight has its advantages.

that means 0.2KM which means just two or one time you have used the battery !!
Only if you could get hold of the fallen battery, DJI would be happy to replace the whole set !!
