The gimbal on my P3s is crooked when I turn on the drone. Its facing slighty to the left. Its perfectly level though. Tried auto calibration, that didn't do it. Any ideas?

Has the drone been involved in a crash at all.?
Did you recently perform an udate ?
Not sure if this works on p3 series but you could try a gimbal calibration while drone is leaning back onto rear arms ie front is pointing upwards.
Also try an imu calibration as well appert from that others here may have a solution to this problem.

Chill the drone down, without the battery.

Then turn on the app and get the IMU calibration page open.

Turn on the drone and begin the IMU calibration, then do a gimbal calibration.


Hopefully that will stick.
