I have a Ronin-M that does not work. When turned on you can hear a buzzing sound (probably trying to calibrate), but nothing else happens other than the sound. The Ronin moves as if it is off. It cannot pair with the iOS app either. It does however connect to the PC gimbal assist program. It will not tell me any of the angles or movements (they stay at 0), but it does read the Ronin and tells me all the battery info. Calibration does not work either on that program. When connected, it shows up as motorkill mode switched on and when its off, it'll turn back on when reconnected to the program. ANY help would be appreciated.

Sorry to read on your experience. First, you need to update the firmware on the Ronin M. If you are unable to update the Ronin M, make sure you have the Assistant software on your computer to calibrate. If you have done both, please send me a personal message so I may be able to evaluate further.
