On Monday I received my Mavic Air but I didn't really have the opportunity to test it in-depth. So on Saturday I was able to do my maiden flight  along with the Polar pro Filters.

I thought it could be interesting for those who are considering buying the Polar Pro filters.
Please let me know what you think.

I just ordered my Mavic Air - it arrives on Wednesday.   I'm a first time drone pilot/buyer and I mainly purchased the drone to capture footage for my instagram travel blog.  I'll be taking footage in a variety of weather conditions all over the world.  Would everyone recommend the Cinema Series Vivid Collection or the Shutter collection?  Either way I don't mind dropping 80 bucks on these filters if people think it will make a substantial difference in video footage quality.  Thanks!

Glad to hear that you are going to be a mavic air owner real soon!!   You will not regret!!

About the filters, I personally prefer the vivid cinema series because it combines the ND (Neutral density) with polarization which reduce the shutter speed and glare. It also pop the colors up.

yes!! mostly 16, although in bright daylights I miss the 32 to reach the 180 rule.

I purchased the 32 from amazon but have not used it as yet.

I would suggest reading up on circular polarising filters (CPL) and make a decision if you want the Shutter series (plain NDs) or Vivid (ND + CPL). I say this because it takes a good understanding of what the CPL is and what you need to do to get the most out of it. With a CPL it is not just fit and forget - although you can do that, you might also be surprised at results coming out worse than with a standard ND only filter.

Certainly if it were me, I would be getting the either the Shutter series (ND only) or Shutter + Vivid. I wouldn't personally get the Vivid on their own.
