Hi,
I bought a Ronin M about a year ago and I only used it about 7-8 times and the batteries won't charge anynmore. Everytime I plug them, the lights are flashing and then the battery is shutting off. I don't want to spend another 240$ for two more batteries that will die as quickly as the two brand new batteries I had when I purchased my Ronin M.


What should I do here?? Is there any way DJI can replace those two defects batteries?

Patrick, just to verify, did you use the original charger for charging the battery? If it is possible, please kindly provide me with a short video which introduces the status of the battery when charging, I would like to check. Thank you.
