I've a Spark and the camera has problem, I called the service hotlines (phone no. 852 2639 3122) for whole day, nobody pick up the call and it forwarded to a answering machine.
I left the voice message twice and nobody call me back.

Anyone know is there any alternate number that I can ask for the support?
and how long it's it take for their call back? does it need take few days?
