I have read messages for months and hoped it would never happen but it did...

Flying on private property, heard "Command...." and then it shot off like a rocket, tried return to home, looked for it for 2 days in a swamp but I think I was just looking where it lost reception. I did the log thing link below.

It says my Spark went 63 mph?? Now I know about where it is but that is property I cannot access right now or maybe ever...if there a way to file a claim without a drone? The log looks like it went crazy.

I have flown in the mountains and a few States, love the drone but not in budget to buy another, hope there is something I can do.

Did you calibrate the compass before you launched as there is so many warnings in your flight log regarding the compass. I'd be deeply concerned about flying looking at all those notifications.

Can you try uploading your log file to the following site?  It is much easier for members of the forum here to analyze from that site than the airdata site.

Sorry for your loss, it really looks like you had some bad problems on your spark. Lots of compass errors, and even downlinks. Just get to support, hope they will sort you out!

Yes I calibrated the compass before flight, then it was on active track following my nephew on a ATV for 10 minutes then I took it off that and it was hovering to bring back and then it shot most off the errors are while it was out of control

I contacted DJI on chat and just sent them an email, I am glad no one was in the area, can you imagine if a DJI Spark hit a person traveling at 63mph? I had 6 previous flights that day at same location with no issues and 10 flights the day before there all with no issues, is there a way to retrive all footage?
