Syncing flight records failed at 3% (sometimes more than 3).

I uses Ipad air with Dji go 4 ver 4.2.6.

Last week all was fine. No updates was installed.

Just now I tried to sync with my iphone - the same result - sync failed.

Same problem. Can anyone at dji help?

Same for me too. Sync failed on 3% for my Mavic Air today

Changing wifi, rebooting phone - doesn't matter.

What is odd is it seems that my flights have actually been synced, as HS Sync was then able to fetch them and upload to AirData UAV. But I get "Sync failed" all the times anyway.

My last flights was with ipad. While syncing I get an sync error at 3% but I see these flights on airdata.com.
Next when I try to sync my iphone it has sync error at 40% and thats all. No new flights in the list.

Same problem here.
I have an Iphone 8 plus with IOS and DJI GO 4 latest version. It stops at 3%.

Error logs in tmp folder says:

In your case, I would recommend you provide your DJI Account and export the flight records from the path: /sdcard/DJI/dji.go.v4/FlightRecord/SyncResult Thanks for your support.

I have the same Sync Failed issue. Have the Air for a few days. Flew 3 days. Yesterday sync was ok. Today it fails.

Same problem here. Tried 2 iPad Mini 4s (one WiFi connected to home AP, the other LTE) with 3 different drones.
