[size=14.666666984558105px]Yesterday suddenly and for the first time after a year of usage , i was try to sync flight record and it stuck at 90% , getting "sync failed . Retry" message.

[size=14.666666984558105px]i try to erase / log out / clear cash/ reinstall app , but with no success . Same issue i got at an iphone , ipad mini and ipad pro.

[size=14.666666984558105px]I am running latest DJIGO4 app version.

thanks for your rely. I try to change wifi and also i try thought 4G but unfortunately problem insists ...

Same proble for me, please help.
I guess the problem is on dji cloud servers, somethig was wrong on some old version and the problem is coming back again and again.
I’ve got more than 350 flyies and the app tells me i’ve got only 72.
The problem is not because wifi or 4g or 3g ... i suggest (for sure) is because the data of each user, some data conflict.
What can we do for help dji to solve this big and old mess?

Is it something you dealing with lately or long time ago?

It had been a few days since I flew.  First noticed yesterday morning.

Cant sync my flights.
iPad Mini 2 - DJI GO 3

Please Fix this DJI!

Same issue here with DJI Go 4 and DJI Go, gets to about 25% then fails!! V frustrating! Using iPhone and iPad with latest version of IOS.  DJI are you working on this??

And today , out of the blue sync starts to work properly again....!!!!

Can't sync flight records with GO4 4.2.6 update. iOS version. This has happened before after and update, DJI needs to fix the glitch in the app. Opps, didn't read post just above me. will go and try it see if it will works. Yup, works now. All records sync to Mini 4

Sync Doesnt work , Iphone 6 DJI version 4.2.6 build 3084.

Stops at 3% , Tried several WIFI and LTE networks, not helping.

I mean you can change a wifi connection or using stable mobile data to upload the flight record again. Any other problems with your drone? If it function well, I would not recommend you send it back as it may take a lot of time.
