Hello, I have seen a few threads with people having issues syncing their flight logs on the go 4 app using IOS.  Can anyone who is using an IOS device CURRENTLY sync their data without it failing?  Would like to see if their perhaps is anyone at all. Mine started failing yesterday.

I synced my 5 machines at the weekend without any problems. iOS and Android

Synced this morning from an iphone without any problems but tried from an ipad this afternoon and it failed. As it was an indoor flight I wasn't that bothered and cleared it out anyway. So can't test again now

Did a quick flight last night using my iPhone 6+, which is up to date. Noticed it synced, but photos weren’t imported. Then tried to sync my iPad mini 4, which also has current software, and got the “Sync failed - retry” error ever since.  Any solutions, DJI?

Just tried now and it's failing for me too (I'll try on a 2nd device later).

Same here... iPhone X synced, iPad Pro failed.

Well, this is getting odder by the moment.

No problems here.

So I’m still seeing the “Sync failed - retry” error across both devices.  First experienced the sync error on the iPad mini 4, then the iPhone 6+ that I’d done my most recent flight with.  Still not seeing photos in the app from that flight either.  DJI, where are you on this?  Please help.

Same syncing issue on iPad Pro.  iPad mini 2 works fine.  Cleared all flight records, caches, and stored videos, logged out and back in again.  Still failing sync at 91% on iPad Pro. I recall another thread where someone had a similar issue and it was a server side problem at DJI.  

Yesterday, Feb 12, 2018 everything OK, but today Feb 13, 2018 Sync failed on 4 flights done with IPad mini 4.

iPhone 6s just sync'd fine. My iPad is old and doesn't support DJI GO 4 so can't test on that.

Network unavailable comes up on my CS and has for 3 days now.

Just tried on an iPad Air.  Failed all three times.

I can't sync on iPad but can on Android.

I can't sync, iPhone or iPad iOS 11 (all firmware up to date)

Syncd iphone 2/12 but iPad failed cant sync today either

I can't sync my flights under iPhone 7/iOS 11.2.5/DJI Go 4.2.6 today. It did work fine 2 days ago. I tried downgrading to DJI Go 4.2.5 but that did not help. Tried clearing local flights/caches/reinstalling app. Observation: flights from the phone are uploaded to DJI servers but nothing is synced back.

Android/DJI Go 4.2.6 can sync just fine.

Mine has been failing since yesterday too, IOS, tried on both iPhone X and iPad Pro both failing, tried removing and reinstalling app on iPhone as all flight records are on my iPad and it still fails, very frustrating, if the iPad/app fails I will lose all my flight logs, I have 6 flights waiting to be synced to the cloud, I won’t be happy if they are lost, thank god I didn’t have any incidents in my last flights or I won’t have anything to send to DJI if it were needed

I can't sync with my iPad 4 Mini. I was running a previous iOS. It worked over the weekend but failed starting Monday. I deleted all caches and still no luck. Then I updated the iOS today - still failing after 80%.

I have an Ipad Mini 4 and it wasn't working for me earlier today but I just tried again and it is now working.

My Sync Failed issue is now resolved. It's hard to tell which of two actions I took that actually resolved it. I found, a couple days ago, that all of a sudden I was no longer logged in to GO 4 on my iPad 4 Mini. Repeated attempts to log back in failed. While working to resolve this I noticed there  was an update on the App Store - so I updated. The new app allowed me to log back in. This resolved this issue of Sync Failing. It also resolved the problem of my Growth of Value going to Zero.

I actually think this was something on DJI's side more then anything any of us did to resolve the situation.  Mine started working yesterday after the poster above announced his success with his sync.  

Could not connect to DJI server to update firmware today UK at 18:00hrs.

I'm beginning to think the root of my troubles were caused by a "Keychain" issue I've been working. I opened the App again last night to confirm all was good and once again Sync failed and GoV was Zero. Opening the GO 4 App on my iPad was not logging me in like it always had been prior to Monday. After manually entering my username and password the problems were gone. Keychain should be (and had been) entering my login credentials. I've spent a fair amount of time with Apple's Senior techs working Keychain problems on my iMac.  Hopefully I can resolved it without having to re-install the operating system on the Mac. Since Keychain is shared among all my devices, the problem was appearing on my iPad containing all flight records.

Yep - worked fine the last I tried. Am flying again tomorrow so will try again as first flights since updating the FW to .300.
