I need help.

  

My Mavic Pro lose the signal at 100 meters of high and begins in `Return to home´´ RTH.

  

At distance I only can do 400 to 500 meters and begins in RTH.

  

I tested in a open field without interference of signal, without trees and buildings.

  

I´m using:

  

- Firmware v. 01.04.200

  

-DJI Go 4 version 4.2.5

  

-I tested with iphone X, iphone 8 with IOS 11.2.5; and a tablet Asus Zenpad 3 Android version 7.0.

  

-I´m in Europe,Portugal

  

-My Mavic has 3 months of using and always do that.

  

-position from the antennas, well as the manual from DJI.
