Title basically says it all. Was received for repair on Jan 10 and no news since. I've contacted via Chat and they're saying I should've received an invoice (I didn't). I contacted via e-mail and they have a follow up with whichever group does invoice to resend the invoice (they haven't). Hoping to get a little more help here.
