It's been about 3 months that I own the DJI mavic pro. I bought them from an individual he had never used. He had it as a gift and had no bill. The drone has always worked well I realized about 5 hours of flight without meeting the least concern. But unfortunately since yesterday, I encounter a problem. I made the new update and since the drone asks me to calibrate it. I do them multiple times, I had to do the optical sensors too. and now he informs me that the basket is disconnected. Yet when I turn it on the platform works. The 3 engines run, but the camera on the screen of my phone is blurry. How can I fix this problem? quickly if possible because I have to make important shots within 2 weeks ...

Hi,
The issue "Nacelle déconnectée" means camera disconnected.
This occurred right after the last firmware update?
In this case I would try to update (downgrade) to the previous the firmware again using using the DJI Assistant2.
Please be aware that this could't help or even brick your Mavic, but I would try this.

I found the problem !!!! I'm back on the old update and the drone works miraculously!
