Good day to all. This is my first post. I dont know if this is a problem already discussed but my DJI Phantom 4 remote control battery is not taking charge properly. It only reaching 20% and because of where im living it is very difficult to return it for repair. I'm from Trinidad and it is very costly to send it back to the USA for repairs. Can someone please tell me if there are anything i can do to get it working properly again?

How long did you leave it on the charger?  1 hr.  2hrs.  3hrs ?

It usually takes about 2 hours to fully charge

Do you only have the controller plugged in.

At this moment everything is off and packed away. Nothing is plugged in

Could it be this somewhat widespread problem?

Hi you need to make sure if this is a remote issue or a charger issue. We normally advise our customer to send their unit to repair if it's really a charging issue, Please let us know.
