This issue has been confirmed with many other operators in a Facebook group, that flight records will not sync. I have updated app and tested several devices even reinstall DJI GO 4. Is there a system failure right now?

Try to log out of your DJI to go and log back in I tried this and everything synced after that procedure.

IPhone X - tried log out and in,  o luck. Even flew and still no luck.

I've been having the same problem.  It started a day or two ago.  Logout/login didn't fix it for me either.

Same issue for me on iPhone X. Tried reinstall the app and I still doesn’t work.  I was only trying to sync my last flight so if I loose that data for that one flight by  reinstalling the app, It’s no big deal.  Work fine on my iPad mini 4. Just not the iPhone.

Me too. iPhone 7, latest version on DJI GO 4, stopped after the last update.

Seems they fixed whatever was wrong, as it is working now. Maybe system update or something.

Syncing flight records doesn't seem to work the way I would expect it to. I would expect syncing to just add the new records, but when I look at my flight distance on the forum, it will go up when I sync again without actually flying again.

I have to sync after every flight to get the values to increase/update.

Yes, but if you sync twice after one flight do the numbers increase twice. I think I have way more flight distance than I should have.

Still not working for me and my software updated DJI Mavic Pro.

Not working for me now. Logged out / in - still won't work. Stops at 31%.

Have the same problem with  DJI go app on my ipad and on Phantom 4 Pro+ DJI app too! Mode SYNC ALL. Dec 21 2018.
