Live feed is not active- video transmission weak

I have a 14 month old Phantom 4.  The live feed to see what the camera is viewing went dead/green. It was and has been working fine.   I have changed cables, change monitors with 2 different Iphone 7. One Iphone is on 10.3.3 the other had upgraded to 11.0.  I also used a tablet. No impact on the image.  I have updated the firmware. I have updated the DJI Go 4 app, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.  I have formatted the SD card.  I have have turned off the contoller and drone many different times. I have changed the battery.  The controller will move the gimbal, fly the drone and take actual pictures. But no live feed to see what the camera is looking at.  I am at a complete loss as to what to try next other than sending it back to DJI

Currently having this same issue mine is only 6 months ;/, sent it back (nightmares), good luck keep me updated !

Tarm185, there are a lot of posts about this issue of week video and week RC signals. Thanks to DJI engineers, there is no solution but sending it to repair!

And the RC should be at V1.9.3 ?

If not then try the following:-

With RC and display connected (aircraft off), and display has a good wifi connection to internet. Run DJI Go 4 (latest V4.1.22, or above) and 'enter device'. Open the 'aircraft status' screen by tapping the screen at top edge where it says 'disconnected'. The top line 'Overall Status' should show if update required (this may take a minute or two to appear). when it does then tap on that and it should take you through the process to update RC. That may make the difference to your display.

Oh yes! Maybe you can find one or two! But doesn't need to search much on this forum to find so many DJI factory defects!

Have you tried the 'Beta' 01.05.0301 firmware on your P4P, with the latest version of DJI Go 4 (V4.2.6) ?

There were known issues with DJI Go 4 V4.1.20 and iOS V11.2.2 (stretching my memory cell, so might not be exact numbers).

If not then it might be worth a try, or firmware refresh and factory reset of aircraft. Even a relink might help.

DJIs front line support are sometimes not that up to date, and their bottom line is always to return the item (where it will be fixed). I would rather try these things first and find out for myself before sending off. Sometimes (many times) there are background fixes from DJI that are not mentioned in update notes.
