It will say this until they acknowledge they have received it. It may have arrived already but until they have physically opened package it won’t register, From there you should be able to follow each process.

Thank you, but in my case you will not have any packages, I lost the drone, I only have the data that was on the cell phone

Ok so good idea is maybe try to make contact with moderator here they may try to escalate it for you.
