Getting close to planting season

What part of the world/country is this?  Here in the Midwest / Great Lakes area, the ground is still saturated for a while.  You would sink a tractor to its axles if you tried to get on the fields!

I have heard of that area.  On a quiet night you can hear people in Colorado having fun.
