I have a 2 years old phantom 4 and everything was fantastic until today. Before getting this issue I haven’t use the drone for 1 week. This is what I see when I turned it on:



I can control the drone and fly it but I cant control the camera nor gimbal (all features tunred gray + N/A), cant even change the setting  
Notice at SD card slot and cache too. I tried two different SD cards but it didn’t recognize. The cache feature doesn’t work (I tried turning it off and on)

Here is what I’ve tried:
- updated firmware to lastest versions (Apps,Drone,RC)
- simple check at the camera  connectors (I have no clue what I was doing)
- Reset camera setting
- switch to another iPhone, got the same issue

have you tried reisntall tHE dji APP?

Unfortunately I tried but no luck.
I tested to fly it afterwards without camera vision,  still cant control the camera, or the gimbal
