Hi i wonder if its possible not only to look forward but a little bit up in the mavic air? i see in the hud it looks possible but my mavic stops the gimbal at straight forward.

Yes, you need to go to the settings and activate the extended range for the gimbal.

Settings -> Gimbal -> extended Settings -> in the middle the item

Mine is german so don't know exactly the right english names of the menu.
