Don't bother calling support - with hangups and holding I have been on for over an hour!!!!   USELESS!!!!!

What things are needed to file a report about lost drones?

Just to verify, does the drone fly away or stolen by others? If it is the former, you can contact the support@dji.com to report the accident if the drone is in warranty period. The designated team will take care of it.
