После того, как я не использовал свой DJI Phantom 3 Professional в течение зимы, я обновил прошивку до последней версии (v.1.11.20) на обоих устройствах - RC, самолет. Версия DJI GO для iphone 7plus также самая последняя - 3.1.27

И теперь, входя в камеру, я вижу только черный экран. Но камера записывает фотографии и видео - проблема только в том, что я не вижу ее на своем телефоне.

Как я пытался решить:
- перезагрузка RC и самолетов;
- переустановка Android-приложения;
- повторное воспроизведение RC и самолетов.

И все равно никакого результата.

And still no result.

Did you try relinking rc to ac?
After rc update it may be needed, just look for the "linking rc" in the controller menu of the app then use something like a pen to click the botton in the ac belly, close to sensors.

Try flashing the firmware.

same,  there is no picture, and on the micro sd card there is a photo and video

the camera takes photos and records the video on a SD, but there is no image on my tablet or iphone

I have the same thing on mine help us please.

Did you upgrade the FW on both copter and remote or on copter only?
Is the remote and mobile connected with a USB wire on the right way?
What mobile is used for flying the copter?

Hi peter give me 2 min to see what go app says

APP =3.1.28
AIRCRAFT=1.11.20
REMOTE CONTROLLER=1.9.3
FLY SAFE=01.00.01.07
1/No image transmission signal
2/Weak image transmission signal
3/Good to go (GPS)
1 TO 3 is what i see at top of go app but good to go (GPS) is only on for 2/3 seconds then back to no image?

Hello Igor,
Long beep = upgrade failed.
Erase everything on the SD and do again all process.

Exactly what Aerops meant.  Dismount the SD card from the copter camera and erase all content from it. Download the FW from there
Start the copter system RC and AC without the card. Start the Go app. During warm up of the system you unzip this file to your SD card. Then you ´ll make a hot plug with that card containing the FW file.
Insert the card into the cam and wait. Thy to use a small fan to cool the Phantom and cam.
