Hello,

I've got a Ronin M on version 2.5. Have just a 6D on it right now.

Everything is balanced well according to Auto Tune Stability, but when you look at the camera, you can tell that it's tilted down a little bit, as if the system isn't quite right about the horizon.

So I go into the desktop app on a Mac and follow instructions for Recalibrate Center. I use the remote to place the camera where I believe true center should be, and then click "yes" to confirm. The manual instructs to restart the Ronin M after doing this recalibration. When I do, the Ronin M starts up to just where the problem was before. As if it hasn't saved the settings I just updated.

I've already tried restarting, Restore Default Settings, Calibrate System, multiple times.

Has anyone run into this?

Any insight appreciated.

I had to send mine in to be repaired by DJI. When they sent it back this issue was fixed.
