I have an IPad mini 2 with RC. I can hear audio warnings for Home Point, ATTI, etc., but I do not hear an audio warning for low battery (currently set to 28%), I only can see it on the screen. I am using DJI GO 4.2.6 and have latest updates on all firmware.

I don't think there is an aural low battery warning.. that is something I asked DJI to add many months ago along with periodic altitude call outs.
That's funny. I thought I had heard it previously, but apparently not. It would be a good idea.

There were several months when the audio Low Battery Warning was working. I brought this point up recently. See https://forum.dji.com/thread-132986-1-1.html
Rustic - thanks for pointing this out. It wouldn't be so bad if it was never there to begin with. Having the audible warning and then taking it away (intentionally or not) is sure to lead to to some crashes as pointed out in the previous thread.
DJI Elektra...you don't need a screen shot of a message that comes up every time you reach the low battery threshold you set. I would venture to say this message is displayed 90% of all Spark flights...most people at least fly to this point. Suffice to say the audio message for LOW BATTERY WARNING is not working...it was there when I first got my Spark last summer...it was there in the fall...but at some time it went away. I have an iPhone 6s with all the updates.
