Guys, please help,
A routine firmware update on my Mavic Pro failed (while doing the standard proceedure using Assistant 2). The battery accidentally unclipped from my drone mid-way through the update. I hadn't clipped it in properly.

No I'm stuck in a loop and I can't seem to finish the firmware update.

This is the error I'm getting:

When I try to update the drone via Assistant 2, it fails, and it returns the error:

"undefined 0x02a309"
"Upgrade error. Restart and retry"

Can anyone help with this?

The controller will not connect to the drone, so I cannot use the DJI GO app.

I'm really worried my drone won't work again...

Is there any way to figure out what this error code means?

I received this email from DJI support:

You can maybe try to reset your battery- let the charge drop to below 8% and then recharge and then inset to your drone and try the update process again. Anyway even without the battery problem it happens sometimes that the update fails first and second time. good luck
