DJI Spark Long Range - 2657m - Wi-fi

Good morning friends, very exciting, I made a Long Range with Spark, I went 1657 meters, using wi-fi connection without using OTG cable.

spark's capabilities consistently impress me. someone needs to do a wingman video with a larger drone, and follow a little spark on one of these impressive sojourns.

This is exactly what I am trying to tell in the forum many times that  5.8GHz ( between SPARK and RC )  works perfectly fine for SPARK for long distances and NOT 2.4GHz.

The farthest I've been able to fly is about a mile.  I don't remember if I was using the cable or not though.

My spark can only do 1km max before it lost connection

The question I would like to ask DJI is 'how do we know when our Spark is using CE or FCC?' FCC is legal in Australia but I can't be sure if my Spark is using it, which effects the range I can expect on any day. I suspect you were in the USA , Ar.Drone , when you made this range test video? It would appear FCC is a default for USA but not for the rest of the world.

I regularly travel these kinds of distances in Australia, without OTG or range extenders... but I am also out in the sticks and using IOS

Exactly, FCC standard for USA only, to know if it is in FCC can not exist to channels 12 and 13 the list of channels, jump from 11 to 149.

Spark is very good, the problem is the interference, I've flown 1700m with saprk in CE and Wi-Fi

This log range flight was in Brazil.
