Hello,  I had my MP replaced by DJI after a crash.  I haven't flown it since it was replaced several months ago simply because I used to fly with my Galaxy Tablet but for some reason, DJI Go 4 stopped working on it.  It did the same to my friend with the same tablet.  VERY FRUSTRATING.  Anyway... Today I wanted to go fly so was trying to update the firmware on the DJI Assistant 2 software but it just says, "Cannot Load Firmware List. Please Retry".  Retry doesn't work so I tried, "RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULTS" but only get, "Factory Reset Failed!".  Any suggestions ?  Thanks !

I think that means the server that hosts the firmware upgrades is currently unavailable, probably just a temporary outage. Dunno why a factory reset wouldn't work, though, unless that process also involves replacing firmware.
