So I have this issue with my phantom 3 standard and I might need some help. I've had it for a few days, and everything has gone great exept for the dji GO app on my phone. So I can launch the app, pair the drone and do basically everyting, but whenever I try to open the camera view, the app freezes. I mean, it opens the camera, but I get no telemetry info nor live feed of the video. I am, however, able to controll the gimbal from the controll for example. The only way I've found to solve this is simply by closing the app and opening it again. After I do it about 15-20 times the app opens normally and I get the screen with all the telemetry info as I should, but it's really annoying because I have to spend maybe 20 minutes fighting with the app before I can even fly my drone.

PS: I'm using the last, updated, version of DJI GO app

have you tried reinstall the app ?  anyway .... Please can you check the wifi channels and tell me how many channels you got in 2.4 Ghz Band ? 11 or 13

I honestly don't know how to check that, but I'll research and do it later.

Try reinstal teh app ... a clean reinstall should solve the problem

What´s your bird and did you try to look into the Info of the Go app without powering up the bird yet? Start the app and go to the cam without any bird connection you´ll see >disconnected,nothing to be afraid,
Tab on the 3bar symbol and the general settings opens. Tab >about< and you´ll see the FW = N/A App version = 3.1.xxx

I've reinstalled the app several times and the problem still happens. App version is 3.1.28. Drone is a DJI phantom 3 standard. Any alternatives?

Updated today and stil happens. How comes 3.1.28 is older than 3.1.11

Not older but thinner and  the old 3.1.11 was a half of year ago and the new one was 3 month ago. The 3.1.11 is at the moment faster with older devices. You can find it on apkpure.com or apk4fun.com .

Does it void the DJI warranty or exposes me to any kind of trouble? I'll try it, thanks!!

It´´s not a 3rd party soft,hard and soft are from the same house.
I think you´ll get no trouble about warranty.

Never comented my fix, so i thought i should. Just downloaded an older  version APK and everything started to work fine, seems it was some compatibility issue. If you ever happen to have a problem like this, you should try that.
