I am currently experiencing the same issue. My order is still showing "To be shipped status" I tried the DJI support chat and receive different answers. One representative said it would ship that day and I would receive shipping conformation within 24 hours (Which I never received) the next representative said that they were looking for a courier to pick it up. I feel like my only option is to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. My order# is 0013802606195. If anyone could assist with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
