Please help DJI Ken or Jaime. I placed an order on 14 February I have still not received any type of confirmation on my shipping or any other type of communication. The customer service chat is so horrible and limited all they tell me is to continue waiting and what seems like excuses to satisfy me until I’m the next guys problem. The website states usually one day after payment confirmation, not six. . Just want to know where my order is.

Tried again today. Same outcome. Nobody knows why it hasn’t been shipped. Meanwhile I sit here wondering if I made the right choice. They all say they will escalate the issue but nothing ever happens. Unbelievable the level of customer service the chat provides.

I'm super frustrated as well ordered my Mavic Air on February 1st, then was teased with a note after contacting customer service that it would ship around the 10th then online chat yesterday the tech basically said he has no way of know when it will ship... but thanks for contacting customer support...  Pretty disappointing to say the least...

Sir, I just got an update from the designated team that the shipping is delayed due to the holiday. They will arrange to ship once returned to work. Sincerely sorry about this. Someone will contact you soon and we'll keep an eye on the status as well.

Just to verify, where do you get such a message? Could you offer more details for better investigation?  I've checked your order again, the package has been shipped by FedEx. The tracking info will update soon. I'll PM you the tracking number later.

I am currently experiencing the same issue. My order is still showing "To be shipped status" I tried the DJI support chat and receive different answers. One representative said it would ship that day and I would receive shipping conformation within 24 hours (Which I never received) the next representative said that they were looking for a courier to pick it up. I feel like my only option is to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. My order# is 0013802606195. If anyone could assist with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
