Looking to purchase a Mavic from a 2nd hand source.  They claim item is "New", never flown or even started up but they have opened the box to check contents.  All items still have their original wrapping, stickers, etc...

If I buy this as the 3rd party does the warranty still applie?

According to my knowledge warranty will still apply if you will get also proof of purchase and if the item was bought in the same country like you are residing.
