Excuse my grammar , my English isn’t the best ok so ,I crashed my drone accidentally whille wearing djis new Fpv google RE , I basicaly misjudged the distance my drone was from a tree branch but anyway long story short I sent my drone to dji to get it replaced , informing them everyday that my drone had cinema dng and apple pro res linked to my drone So after a week of informing DGI allmost everyday that my drone has this feature linked to my aircrafts S/N (P.S I purchased the licence key separately after my drone arrived, give or take a few days after receiving it ) that I am sending it in for a replacement threw DGI care refresh express and my drone has a cinema Dng and Apple Pro rez license key linked to the Aircrafts serial number. my new drone that arrives Friday a.k.a. the replacement drown did not come with the license key unlocked on the aircraft, (asking me to repurchase it again . Wat the hell why lol , oh wait I know why someone didn’t do thier job and didn’t send a unlocked drone ) it feels like I am talking to a brick wall whenever I’m talking to customer service,
They keep saying, we sent an email to our repair team you should be getting a response soon couple days pass by still no response I called again they say the same thing and it feels like I’m going around in a circle so please has anyone been through the same thing that I’m going through in regards to the license keys not being transferred to your new replacement drone or the length it took for somthing so simple to be done . DJI if you are listening just send me an email with the new license key so I can get on with my life thank you. |
