Think I found it on Google maps. Looks like a great little spot. Snowdonia in the background looks awesome and lovely colour to it all

Not a typo .. 90 images total ( 18x 5 shot AEB ) - Seems ovekill but allows for more flexibility later in post.
Here is a sample of the unedited image. Yes, I deleted the small body of water to the left, didn't like the fact it was partially in the frame.

Thank you for the clarification. But do I get it right that you did not merge all 90?

I did merge them all and used all 18 resulting images to create the pano.. The amount of overlap allowed me to pick which image ( and what part of the individual images ) was used for various parts of the stitched image.. Useful when getting the blend between the sky/mountains area of the image.

Great shot and an idea I've been considering myself. How do you find is the best way to get your 18 images?

Have you tried taking a few panoramas and then stitching those together?

Interested to hear what techniques you find work best!
