Has anyone noticed gimbal settings changing for different focal lengths? My gimbal op had dialed in his settings to his liking on 16mm everything worked perfect, we changed lens to 35mm and he struggled to have fine control as with 16mm setup. Do we need to set a gimbal profile for each focal length?

You'll have to set a different profile for each lense to your liking. Since a 50mm will be much more sensible to operate than a 16mm , you'll have to create a profile that works for you for each lense.
Everytime you change the lense, you'll have to switch to one of the personal set profiles manually.

I expect its just the effect of a new focal length ....movements will appear more violent ? Although i say this i have neither inspire 2 or X7
