I am considering using the 3DMap POI function in GS Pro, but before I do, I want to be sure whether the purchase is a "one-time, I can use it forever" purchase, or a "one-time, I have to purchase the function each time I want to use it" purchase.  I've tried finding clarification, but I haven't found anything yet.  And the "one-time" title beside the purchase is a little ambiguous, as I noted above.

The GS Pro app is free to download from the App Store. It consists of three modes that are free of charge (Virtual Fence, 3D Map Area, and Waypoint Route) and one mode as an in-app purchase (3D Map POI).  As it is an in app purchase, this would suggest a one time purchase for three separate areas.
