Couple of weeks ago I received my Mavic Air that I bought altogether with DJI Care Refresh service. But to my surprise, instead of giving me the code, someone had preactivated the service (before I actually received the product) with wrong serial of the drone. I am still waiting for DJI to investigate the case and do not fly with the drone! This is the worst service that I have ever had!

Dear DJI Thor, yes a few hours ago DJI Care sent me a new DJI Care Refresh Agreement with the correct S/N of my drone. By this, I confirm the issue has been solved and many thanks for your involvement. Do appreciate!
