DJI Care Refresh preactivated with wrong drone serial number

Couple of weeks ago I received my Mavic Air that I bought altogether with DJI Care Refresh service. But to my surprise, instead of giving me the code, someone had preactivated the service (before I actually received the product) with wrong serial of the drone. I am still waiting for DJI to investigate the case and do not fly with the drone! This is the worst service that I have ever had!
