I live in North America and purchased my DJI MA Drone and Care Refresh concurrently from the DJI Online Store.  If I need drone repairs or replacement in the future, it is unclear where to send the drone.

Does the drone go to DJI North America repair/replacement or does it go to DJI China?  And does DJI Care Refresh pay all the the shipping to/from as it so states?  I’m assuming if you purchase from the DJI Online Store, the region you get assigned is where the drone was originally shipped to (e.g., North America in my case).  Is that a correct assumption?

I’ve read conflicting information so perhaps the DJI Admin can address directly.

Hi there, I managed to get the order number via the forum info. Per the order number, both the drone and DJI Care Refresh were placed in one order and the country was the United States, that's to say, you can enjoy the warranty and DJI Care Refresh in the official US Service Center.
