Hello,  I have my Osmo Mobil 2 since 2 days. It’s actually a very nice gadget, but the activ track sometimes loses the object and then jumps to the next available object or starts spinning in some random position.
Happens mostly when I try to track my daughter and she moves quickly.

Phone: iPhone 6s iOS 11.2.5
DJI Go App:3.1.28 (2861)
Osmo Firmware 2.1.0.20

Can anyone help me with a solution?

I have had some trouble with it too.  Is it slow and laggy, or is it just me?

Ben, please provide a video about the situation for further analysis. Did it happen in every activetrack? Please keep us updated, thanks.

It seems like the osmo is to slow

It happens if the person your trying to track moves to fast. I’m uploading a video for quite a while now but I just see the processing circle, so please be patient. A second thing just occurred, it sometimes tilts to the left while walking. After recentering the gimbal it is fine again

Same here, it goes out of control rather quickly
