Osmo+ video recording stops in just a few seconds

I saw someone having a similar issue but didn't think that I should jump their thread.


I purchased the Osmo+ in early Jan. but have just now started to use it. I've had it out in the field testing and it has failed every time.
I'm using an iPhone 7 PLUS (iOS ver. 11.2.5) , SanDisk Extreme 16GB U3 card and the latest update of the DJI GO app.


Symptom: I start the app, Press record and it starts to do so. About 5-10 seconds into the recording the "feed" goes to complete grey and a few seconds later the recording stops. The controls in the app at that time appear as usual but now the feed is gone. I have to turn off the Osmo+ and restart the app to get the feed to come back "live".


When I review the files they vary from 3-10 seconds in length.


I tried the unit with the FW version that it was shipped with.
I've upgraded to the latest FW and tried.
I've formatted the card(s).
I've tried using my 64GB Lexar 1000x cards that I use in my drones.
I've reset the wifi... (signal is consistently maxed out).


After all of this I still have a camera that I can't use to do the job that I purchased it for...smh...
Suggestions?

Hi, there. Please try to clean the connector of the camera and install it again. Did you successfully update the firmware? Any error message from the app? Thanks for your support.
