I  have a slightly different firmware update issue, although I have managed to update everything, now I have 2 solid red lights and I can only fly 50 feet away fro me and 50 feet high, its like my drone is trapped in a box 50 x 50, any thoughts?

Hi, there. Please tell me the model of your drone? Any error message from the app? Please ensure that you log in the DJI Account and do not fly in NFZ. Thanks for your support.

Log out and log back in again tends to help if you are not in a NFZ

HI There,

I am not in a NFZ and I do have any error msgs either, just the solid red lights at the front and I can only fly 50 feet away, must be a setting somewhere

HOPE THAT THE CORRECT NUMBER, I also get a msg on my app thats my phone is fully loaded this will have restrictions on flight

The issue will be that you need to log into the app when you are at home near a WiFi point. You log in, but never log out again, that then releases the 50 Metre boundary, as long as you have beginner mode switched off. As for the warning about the phone processor being fully loaded, DJI Go App software is becoming more demanding with every new version, and the phones are not able to keep up. The trick is to shut down any other processes on your phone to lessen the workload.

Two red LEDs on front arms is the normal state for the P4, those are the 'navigation' lights.
The LEDs on the rear arms are aircraft status and help to indicate just that.

Ok thank you but usually once calibrated the craft has th flashing green lights and I don't get that, the craft is updated the app too and firmware, log in and out of every app not sure what I am doing wrong

Did you change a battery before you had this situation? Please reboot the AC and app again to check if you solve the problem. Thanks for your support.
