I had recorded a segment talking about screen recording, but decided to edit it out for time and focus.  If your phone/tablet can handle doing it all, then adding screen recording is very useful.  I do it quite a lot myself.  In fact you can see some of the shots of that in this video as well.

Yeah, I usually screen record all of my flights, which generally come to about ~1 GB of space over my memory. If the flight goes smoothly and I accumulate a few more then I'm erasing the backlogs in the event something happens on the next recorded flight..

If you just do a screen recording on your phone, it will capture everything you see on the phone.
