Love them all, would seriously consider a new MP 2 if it had the same camera as my P4P ! All speculation at this point.

An MPP with a P4P camera = sold!

I’ve already got a P4P.  It’s gonna have to be significantly better, or I’ll just lug that brick around.  At this point I want smaller not larger drones.

I’d like to see some sort of mounting system for interchangeable gimbals/cameras.  It would allow customizing functionality to image capture requirements.  Faster lense v. Depth, etc.   Removable gimbal would make damage replacement simple and more efficient.  Seems wasteful to have to send in a whole quad when a gimbal or camera is damaged....regardless of model, it’s in a very vulnerable location!

I hope it’s big enough for me to actually ride on it....

Hmmm....Are you sure ??? I wouldn't ride a DJI, unless it flies with a non-DJI firmware
But there is still hope for the future (note that most of all are performing test flight with a pletora of engineers in NASA like control centers...

Obs all speculation, but only an extra 5 mins flight time is a shame; really want to get into the 40 min region, as we rarely use the last 15%.  Having a similar exposed and fragile gimbal would also be a shame; the AIR's gimbal is very protected and secure and I'd hope they utilize that design.  Larger 1" sensor would be a huge improvement, but making the whole body slightly larger is also the wrong way. After a month with my AIR, the PRO already seems huge and heavy by comparison.  But any P4P owner will absolutely love the smaller size of either the PRO or the AIR, so a comparable sensor is the key player here.

I am just so happy to have my Mavic Air which has all what I need for probably a good while and can lean back just watching very relaxed the hype about what might come next and when ;-)
P.S. I have some exclusive information that on 1 April something really spectacular might be released that nobody here is expecting, I repeat "might be released", because nothing is ever certain ;-)

I hope that the Mavic Air was meant to fulfill the small portable side of things while the Mavic Pro 2 is meant to become a replacement for the P4P. That would pave the way for P5.

I'd ignore that guy completely.  He's wrong pretty much all the time on everything and simple deletes tweets and things when proven so (then denies it).  He just make things up.  Eventually he gets one right and claims its because hes got inside knowledge.  Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.....
