I purchased new Spark at Christmas and just got to use it recently as the weather has been poor in the NE.  I now have 1.5 hrs on the drone and there is a very noticeable black spot on the camera image.  It looks similar to a dust particle on a DSLR sensor.  Best Buy's return policy is 2 weeks, so that isn't an option.  what is the best way to get the image sensor cleaned?

if it's not a chiped glass or some dirt from outside on outside lens - send it back to manufacturer as warranty case - it's a damn closed construction. so anything from outside should NOT get into sensor. this means - they let dirt in at factory assemble.

I would contact support and send them some examples.

Not sure if DJI straight is a better option than Best Buy for warranty claims though.

I personally like to buy from a known reseller (one that I know).
They do the hard work with DJI

Get some glasses cleaning solution or wipes, maybe that will fix this issue.

Here are two pictures I captured from a video I took a couple weeks ago.  Note the black circle at the bottom center of both pictures.  The lens is clean and has no scratches or damage.

If it is under warranty, we will be responsible for the fee you send it back. And the repair will be free of charge when it is not caused by pilot's error.
