Yes, it is a spam measure.

Good idea.. generally.   But only if you are in a country who supports Googel and your used phone/tablet/computer  has googel services and framework on.

As a sample:I live in China. Googel and many other things are not working here. Even my samsung galaxy tablet 9.7  
, bought here in China, has those Google things not on. Even I can't install it.
So when I try to write in advanced mode, what is on a tablet the only good way, the code did not get displayed. Only the input box. So what can I do now?  
To the programmers I like to a dress thus problem.  What is this idea: every user here can get a unique id number.  Verifications process must be made before. Then on every post u have to write it.
