I want to change my avatar image but in these days one time appear the windows with browse select and upload and in other three times I used different router or phone wifi without results: any time don'appear the window for change. What's the problem ? Not router I think because in differente situation don't hae result. Do you have suggestion for me ? Thanks

When appear browse window don't charge the file while in other occasion don't appear anything

Use internet explorer.
That is the only browser I got to work for the Avatar.

Try a different browser. Maybe you have blocked something?

I used Chrome - it worked fine for me, but you may just try a browser other than the one you've tried so far.
