I was wondering if anyone has run into this?? After Successfully upgrading to the latestet firmware for my Inspire 1, I received an error in the APP stating that the Accelerometer had failed. The solution was to restart the aircraft and if it still failed to contact customer service. After successfully upgrading the firmware for the Inspire1 as well as both the RCs and the batteries I calibrated the batteries and the IMU... Everything appears to work fine except for this error which sometimes seems to be generated when I attempt to move the gimbal with the RC. Appreciate any thoughts, comments or suggestions that anyone might have...
Thanks,
De

If an IMU calibration will not fix it, it may be a problem.  What are your IMU mod values?

Gyroscope Mod = 0.00  Acceleration Mod = 1.00

And the compass?  Even if it says no calibration needed, I would do it on a level surface.  The more level the surface, the better the calibration.

same problem, DJI customer support was not very helpful. They just said send it in, as if they know it is a problem already.  Everything was fine until the update and then got the Accelerometer Failed and it won't fly.

Just curious Malibubeach...
When you upgraded your firmware that resulted in the Accelerometer Failed error, did you have a full GPS satellite signal??
Thanks,
