hello,
ask for help with my problem!


Description:


When i start the recording, it is possible that the recording and the image transfer freeze in flight, so i have to land and restart the drone. this happens too often!


There are no updates that can fix that problem, currently!


ask for help, somebody have ideas!

Sorry for the experience with the camera, may I know what mobile device you are using? Did you try another one or reinstall the APP to see if the issue persists?

use the ipad mini2, have not reinstalled the app. I can try,
but I think that's not it,
because with the phantom everything works fine.

Last year I also have my android A5 with the same problem in use.

What things cause a freeze?

You need to make sure that the operating system on your mobile device is up to date. Keep in mind that the iPad Mini 2 is an older mobile device. You may want to consider an upgrade to a newer mobile device.
