My neighbor just bought a used spark iand when he tries to login on the Wi-Fi it gives him a different number for the Drone identification number and will not let him login what does he have to do?

Oh I think what is happening is that the last owner put a custom wifi password and they dont know the password. But ya can you go into a little more detail?

I'm sure that's what happen just follow the video that Elektra posted and reset the wifi information this should factory reset it to what is on the sticker.
