Did you try to calibrate the sensor system via DJI Assistant 2? If not, please refer to the video of Phantom 4 to have a try:

I did  fix the problem there was dirt in the mesh screen I blow it out and now its working good now

+1, having the same issue. Flew normally for 20 minutes, put in a second battery and got the 'Ultrasonic Sensor Error, Land Immediately' notification
