I thought perhaps some may find this helpful when exporting videos to YouTube or Instagram.  If you have other settings you've found to be useful please feel free to comment.

Regarding the Spark....because it only shoots in 1 Video Resolution...if your talking about 'Target Bitrate' in Mbps, than 25Mbps is a good setting in my opinion.  Even though YouTube recommends around 10Mbps on the Target Bitrate.  You just want to balance the overall file size so it doesn't get to big.  

Spark Video Resolution:
  Video Resolution        FHD: 1920×1080 @ 30fps
  Max Video Bitrate        24 Mbps

Oh.  Yes, I think that video resolution (1920x1080p @ 25fps) takes a nice video.  One of my favorites to use when shooting video.

Yeah, I shoot with the Spark it's actually in 29.97fps it says in Adobe Premiere Pro, but then down convert the footage to 25fps.

Yes...that's a good setting.  The output comes out really nice.
