I just received my Osmo Mobile 2 and am really disapointed. It is not possible to hold my phone with my case despite the fact that it is not very bulky.
It is possible to have information about the return policy?

Hi, I have Google Pixel 2 with case Spigen Neo Hybrid.

To allow me to use my Osmo, I could remove the rubber limiting the thickness of phones. I will think about it before asking for a refund.
